Job Summary:
Assist in the implementation of the company's approved training programs, monitor and gives periodic feedback/result to concerned parties. Assist in conducting periodic TNA & motivational survey and approved company-wide training/learning activities. Assist in Company's timekeeping system, provide weekly HR reports such as overtime and absenteeism report as required by the management.
Qualifications:
** BS Psychology graduate or Management related courses
** Has knowledge and experience in HR/Administrative functions
** Assertive and can deal with different levels of the organization, internal and external customer
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Must be computer Literate
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
Overtime pay
Performance bonus

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
