Responsible for monitoring on customer orders (specifically for JSAQ, JTRO, i Si, Autoliv, JSSC, JSSB, JHUN, JKOR, CHANGRUI and all 3rd party customers), ensures that all P.O were served on time. Responsible for providing complete set of shipping documents to forwarder, carrier and customer on a timely manner. Responsible in generating summary report as to purchasing data and guaranteed 100% supply of packaging materials needed by loading. Daily inventory of Indirect materials, Ring components and bag plates. Encode delivery receipts, check sales invoices and purchase order of local supplies. Monitor status of local parts for ship out and communicate to suppliers delivery requirements.
  • Must be graduate of any course / Engineering courses
  • Must have at least 2 years experience as Supply chain staff
  • Computer Literate, SAP system know how is an advantage
  • Must have good communication skills and has strong personality
