JOB TITLE : Import Admin Assistant (Vietnam Account)
LOCATION : Retiro (N.S. Amoranto St.) Quezon City

ABOUT US:
Goods2Go Global Sourcing is a fast-growing company specializing in importing products from Vietnam (and other countries) to Philippine market. We are seeking an Import Admin Assistant with a focus on Vietnam imports to support our local and international operations and help streamline our import processes.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Import Admin Assistant will assist with managing the logistics, processing shipment service orders, and coordination of shipments from Vietnam. This role involves working closely with Vietnam shipping team and Philippine clients to ensure seamless import operations. Strong communication skills, knowledge on how importations works, and attention to details are essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and handle all import documentation specific to Vietnam including commercial invoices and packing list.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor shipments from Vietnam, track progress, and update internal teams and customers on shipment statuses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to import shipments from Vietnam.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client questions regarding order status, shipping timelines, and delivery details.
  • Address customer concerns or issues related to delays, or other discrepancies, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Maintain a customer service database with detailed records of customer interactions and shipment statuses.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in import administration.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
