• In-charge of booking shipments, monitoring, and following up each file.
• Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, freight forwarders, and brokers.
• Monitoring of the shipments and updating the EDI system.
• File incoming and outgoing memos and confidential documents.
• Check completed work for accuracy at all times.
• Research any required information using available resources.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Shipping/ Logistics/ Freight Forwarding.
