Job Description:

• Create quotes and sales proposals; collaborate with the team on pricing decisions, supplier selection, and timing.
• Nurture accounts to retain existing relationships and grow the share of business.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accounts are properly maintained.
• Accurately maintain and update information in the company's system.
• Manage, track, and report sales activities and results.
• Take sales information and put it into an easily readable format.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with a particular quote.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper job execution.
• Provide necessary data or reports to the operation team.
• Exert attention to detail, reporting problems as necessary.
• Arrange appointments with clients and the sales team.
• Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Update all contact information for clients.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues as necessary.
• Perform necessary administrative work, including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
• Work with software systems MOVE and Microsoft 365 package (Word/Excel/Outlook/Team).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Sales support experience within a freight forwarder, shipping, transportation, logistics, OR supply chain industry.
• Ability to develop rapport with clients and build relationships to develop new sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of emails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer interactions via telephone and video conferencing.
• Active listener with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php26,525.00 per month
