Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory, including customer visits and building relationships.
• Achieve growth and hit sales target.
• Successfully track and meet planned sales goals and quotas.
• Support in increasing market share by maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients.
• Supervise the sales process to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving any sales or delivery-related issues.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to provide input on pricing strategies and customer rate quotes.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Company's CRM system.
• Oversee credit line monitoring for clients according to company guidelines.
• Creates and maintains accurate pipeline/sales forecast.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and providing regular updates to management on progress toward sales targets.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the logistics or related industry and worked for an International Freight Forwarding and NVOCC.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Have a good negotiation skills to deal contract with customer.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
