QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, business management or related.
• At least 1 year working experience in import/export or international trade, familiar with Philippine and international import/export business processes. Understand international trade rules, tariff policy, logistics operation, etc., with practical experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively with international clients and teams. Proficient in office software and international trade related software tools, such as ERP system, customs clearance software, etc. Have food data analysis ability and problem solving ability, can independently compete the import and export business work.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Malvar, Batangas

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Import and export business management:

• Responsible for the import and export customs declaration, inspection, logistics and other business processes of the factory to ensure the smooth import and export of goods. Coordinate the communication and cooperation with customs, commodity inspection, banks and other relevant departments to solve the problems encountered in the import and export process. Track the shipment of import and export goods to ensure that goods arrive on time and meet quality requirements.

2. Preparation of trade documents:

• Prepare and review import and export contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits and other trade documents. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all documents in accordance with international trade rules and local laws and regulations.

3. Tariff and tax rate management:

• To study and analyze tariff policies, formulate reasonable tariff planning plans, and reduce import and export costs. Keep track of tariff rate changes and timely adjust import and export strategies to ensure trade compliance and profitability.

4. Risk management:

• Evaluate the risks in import and export business, such as exchange rate risk, credit risk, logistic risk, etc., and formulate corresponding risk countermeasures. Monitor changes in the internal trade environment, timely adjust import and export strategies to ensure business stability and sustainability.

5. Customer relationship management:

• Maintain good communication and cooperation with international customers to solve the problems and needs of customer in the import and export process. Collect and analyze customer feedback regularly to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Data statistics and analysis:

• Collect and analyze import and export business data, including import and export value, cost, profit etc., to provide decision support for management. Prepare import and export business reports, and report business progress and results to management regularly.
