JOB SUMMARY:
The job exists as support function to Vehicle Sales by providing assistance to customer
covering LTO Registration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares stencil of units for Certificate of Payment
2. Making JAC tag for the assigned units.
3. Encode and updates LTO Registration Inventory for assigned and delivered units.
4. Process sales invoice for the registration of vehicle.
5. Coordinates with clients or sales agents for the registered name and address to
encode in ORCR.
6. Prepares transaction for payment in LTO E-payment Portal.
7. Responsible in emailing scanned copy of ORCR to respective client’s/ sales agents
8. Assigning plate number of units per branch.
9. Preparing registration documents and requirements for processing registration of
unit.
10. Establish and effective communication to keep other branches informed and
maintain good relationship with the clients.
11. Addressing all concerns of client regarding to their purchased unit registration and
other documents.
12. Processes Certificate of Stock Report in LTO-Head Office.
13. Processes Sales Report for registration in LTO-NCR.
14. Prepares CSR Monthly Report to LTO-Diliman, Quezon City.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree holder of any Business related course or its equivalent.
- with previous experience in insurance business or Automotive industry specifically in Auto claims is a plus.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel) and or other databases.
- Goal oriented and self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
