As an IT Operations Engineer I, you’ll support and maintain the IT infrastructure, applications, and endpoints that enable our global team. You will manage Saa S services, assist with network setup and changes, handle IT requests, and troubleshoot issues for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, helping users with account administration, hardware, software, and application problems.
- Application Support: Support Saa S services like Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Slack.
- Network & Security: Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN configurations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and performance.
- Inventory Management: Maintain IT assets and work with vendors to restock equipment.
- Service Management: Respond to service desk tickets within agreed SLAs.
- IT Compliance: Assist in audits and periodic account reviews.
- Automation: Help streamline tasks using automation tools like Workato.
- Basic knowledge of managing Saa S services.
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Workspace One, Kandji MDM).

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
