IT Support – Lead Field Office Coordination

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as the IT Support – Lead Field Office Coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our field offices, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resolution of IT issues. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating IT activities and projects across multiple field locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to field office staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and other IT-related concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field office IT support, managing service requests and incidents through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and security protocols.
  • Lead the coordination of IT projects and initiatives across field offices, including system upgrades, software installations, and network expansions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and systems configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and training for field office staff.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in field office IT operations, proposing and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT support, recommending enhancements to existing systems and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on field office coordination preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
