If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. In this dynamic environment, you’ll take on a range of accounting responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise. What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, including transactions from various processors, internal systems, and bank accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure adequate cash balances.
• Process accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly batches for refunds and engage in monthly close procedures, including departmental allocations.
• Handle ad hoc projects such as addressing audit requests, cleaning up financial statements, and managing SOX controls.

What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Background in Accounting (CPA) or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Prior knowledge in Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive documents effectively.
• Fluency in English.
