Junior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, assist with office management tasks, and help streamline administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in an administrative career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Office Coordination:
- Help maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring items are stocked and orders are placed as needed.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Document Preparation and Organization:
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist in updating databases and contact lists.
- Team Assistance:
- Provide support to various departments as needed, assisting with projects and day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by setting up their workspaces and providing initial resources.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Complete additional tasks and projects as directed by supervisors to support efficient office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
