The Junior Lawyer assists the members of the Legal and Compliance Department in rendering legal service to all business units of the Company and any of its subsidiaries.

• Conducts legal research and due diligence concerning commercial contracts and agreements entered by the Company, and any and all matters concerning the Company’s business operations;
• Stays up to date on relevant laws, jurisprudence, and rules and regulations that may be relevant to the business of the company;
• Checks and audit all department in terms of compliance to ISO and other company policies;
• Assists other members of the Legal and Compliance Department in establishing and implementing standard policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization to promote compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and contractual obligations;
• Drafts and review Company Policies on a regular basis to ensure that they reflect regulatory requirements for the particular entities;

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor
• Member of the Philippine Bar compliant with the mandatory continuing Legal Education
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Key competencies: Legal research, drafting and review of contracts and policies, and compliance monitoring.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
