As a Learning and Development Intern at Phoenix Petroleum, your role will primarily revolve around the technical aspects of the training and development process within the company. Here's an expanded description of your key responsibilities:
1. Training Data Consolidation and Analysis: Gathering, organizing, and analyzing training data. This involves collecting information on employee training performance, attendance, and feedback. You will utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights from this information.
2. Training Process Assessment and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of current training processes. This will involve a thorough evaluation of training methods, materials, and delivery mechanisms. Your analytical skills will be used to identify bottlenecks or areas where training can be optimized for better efficiency and results.
3. Assist in Module Creation: Creating training modules is a crucial part of the learning and development process. You will be involved in module creation's technical aspects, including designing engaging and informative training content. This may involve working with multimedia tools, e-learning platforms, and other technology-driven solutions to develop interactive and effective training materials.
4. Technology Integration: Phoenix Petroleum may leverage various technological tools and platforms for training and development. Your internship will give you the opportunity to explore and work with these technologies. You may be involved in integrating new software, learning management systems, or digital platforms into the training process. This hands-on experience with technology will be valuable for your personal and professional growth.

Requirements for the Internship:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Willing to render 300 Hours, Hybrid Set-up
- Knowledgeable in Excel & Powerpoint
- Fluent in Communicating in the English Language
- Background in creative design
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 2 - 3 months
