2. Training Process Assessment and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of current training processes. This will involve a thorough evaluation of training methods, materials, and delivery mechanisms. 3. Assist in Module Creation: Creating training modules is a crucial part of the learning and development process. You will be involved in module creation's technical aspects, including designing engaging and informative training content. Requirements for the Internship:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Willing to render 300 Hours, Hybrid Set-up
- Knowledgeable in Excel & Powerpoint
- Fluent in Communicating in the English Language
- Background in creative design
