- Markets the available room units for leasing
- Prepares complete lease proposal for presentation to potential tenants.
- Collects, validates, researches, and compiles reports.
- Performs high-level, administrative work, including frequent complex and confidential work including organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling, validating exchanging, and analyzing information from internal and external data sources.
- Assists in daily business activity which may include addressing tenants' concerns, general office work, answering phones, and emails.
- Coordinates and completes necessary business reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course / Real Estate or Marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have a strong Customer Service Experience
- Experience in selling and marketing is a plus
- Must be willing to work onsite and in Bakakeng Sur.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
