Responsibilities
· Conduct research on any topics through online search engines or through cold callings.
· Schedule meetings and site inspections with clients for different business units.
· Drafting offer letters and offer sheets for clients.
· Tenant Management
· Day to Day Operations Management
Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Real Estate/ Tourism or equivalent.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage but not required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications like Word, Power Point and Excel.
· Must be able to efficient and effective customer service to different clients.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
