A Leasing Officer is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties, focusing on attracting and securing tenants
Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Real Estate or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
With background in sales, leasing or advertising
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications like Word, Power Point and Excel.
Must be able to efficient and effective customer service to different clients.
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
