Position: Licensing Solutions Customer Service Representative
Location: Central Luzon
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift
(Work onsite during the first 2 weeks of training, then you'll transition to a remote work setup.)

Your Role
As a Licensing Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will:

Contribute to the team’s sales productivity by reducing the administrative workload of Account Executives/Managers (AEM/AM).
Manage customer sales queries, identify opportunities, and either convert them to sales or delegate where appropriate.
Model solutions and quotations to provide options and recommendations for customers and AEM/AM.
Meet outbound response metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis.
Resolve quote and order issues through proactive contact with customers and partners, as required.
Maximize promotions and incentive programs to drive upsell and profitability.
Contribute positively towards achieving performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities.
Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound telephone calls, emails, and instant messages (IMs).
Manage internal relationships positively.
Perform other duties as requested to support the SWS sales team.

What it takes to be part of our team?

At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration with a Customer Support background, preferably in a BPO setup.
Strong administrative skills, with experience handling large and high-volume quotations, and high attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a strong customer support attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of IT products, specifically Microsoft and Symantec.

Competency/Personality Traits (Soft Skills):

Experience or knowledge of various channels, including customers, vendors, suppliers, resellers, and distributors.
Highly confident in speaking up, with a strong emphasis on honesty and assertiveness.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
