A Telesales Representative is expected to:

Be responsible for the generation and presentation of group sales. Ensure that each enquiry is serviced within a commercially responsible time frame, while ensuring overall closing rates and sales volumes exceed KPIs.
Convert leads into new happy customers.
Maintain above-KPI sales volumes every month.
Refer care package providers and NDIS participants to our specialist.
Develop and maintain exceptional product knowledge.
Ability to tailor-make the right solution based on the individual's wants and needs.
Follow, promote, and maintain the company CARE culture.
Perform any other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 2-5 years of experience in sales
Experience in outbound calls and cold calling
Experience using Zoho CRM
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail
Sales-focused and KPI-drive
