Work Setup: Onsite Training for 1 week, Hybrid once a month
Shift Schedule: 3PM - 12AM

Job Overview

Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our logistics/shipping services.
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to meet sales targets.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales.
- Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
