Job Overview
The Operations Manager for Facilities and Administration is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance of company facilities. This role ensures efficient facility operations, vendor management, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support a safe and productive work environment.
Your Responsibilities:

• Facility Upkeep and Safety

Manage the overall upkeep of facilities, focusing on health, safety, and security for both staff and premises. Ensure a safe environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

• Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment, including electrical systems, air conditioning, and UPS, to guarantee continuous operation and prevent disruptions.

• Compliance and Regulatory Management

Handle compliance tasks related to PEZA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards.

• Inventory and Audit Management

Maintain inventory records, manage compliance documentation, and conduct audits as needed to support operational efficiency and accountability.

• Budget Planning and Vendor Management

Develop and manage facility and administrative budgets, including negotiating and managing contracts with vendors to optimize resources and cost-effectiveness.

• Guest Management and Travel Coordination

Coordinate guest logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations, to ensure smooth and welcoming experiences for visitors.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate closely with landlords, internal stakeholders, and facility staff to address issues, communicate requirements, and support a positive working relationship.
What our Client is Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Over 10 years of work experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in Pollution Control Officer, Managing Head, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (Safety Officer 3) is a MUST.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, leading by example and guiding team efforts.
• Transparent and ethical in professional conduct.
• Highly organized and focused on process improvement.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
