Your Responsibilities:
Professional Services:

Provide expert consultation on the Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Frameworks, ensuring they are in line with the organization's objectives and industry best practices.
Support the creation of Cloud Adoption Framework Plans and perform Business Impact Analyses to evaluate the effects of cloud migration on the organization.
Conduct comprehensive Well-Architected Reviews of current cloud infrastructures, producing detailed reports to enhance performance, security, reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
Carry out in-depth evaluations of existing IT environments, generate Migration Assessment Reports, and develop migration strategies tailored to the specific business needs and technical requirements.
Develop thorough Migration Plans, including Application Dependency Mapping Reports, to ensure a seamless transition to the cloud.
Design Cloud Landing Zones that are scalable, resilient, and secure, while factoring in compliance, governance, and performance needs.
Create As-Built Documentation and Migration Execution Plans to accurately document and efficiently carry out the migration process.
Draft detailed Cloud Migration Runbooks, outlining step-by-step procedures, best practices, and considerations for migrating applications and workloads to Azure.
Architect Cloud Network and Security Solutions to establish robust and reliable network connectivity, while implementing effective security measures to safeguard cloud environments and data.
Possess hands-on experience in the following areas:

Application Modernization Services
License Assessment
Cloud Migration Target Sizing Sheets, and Target Architecture
Billing, spend management, and incident/service request management

Support Services:

Provide advanced third-line support and technical leadership for Azure cloud environments, resolving complex technical challenges and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the creation and management of Cloud Management Portals, developing solutions that enhance monitoring, management, and automation functionalities.
Establish and enforce comprehensive Cloud Security and Compliance Policies, working closely with stakeholders to meet security and regulatory requirements.
Drive the deployment of robust Cloud Governance Frameworks, performing regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with standards and optimize resource efficiency.
Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance and skill levels.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Azure cloud services and technologies, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, identifying core issues and implementing preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

What our Client is Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required
At least 5 years of experience in cloud consulting, architecture, or similar roles.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cloud operations or a related field, with a strong emphasis on Azure.
A proven history of successfully delivering cloud advisory and migration projects.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud management solutions and governance frameworks.
Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive cloud adoption efforts.
Demonstrated ability to assess complex technical environments, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
Experienced in utilizing cloud migration tools and methodologies.
Skilled in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Dev Ops

Engineer Expert are a plus

Extensive expertise in the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework.
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
Experienced in providing strategic advisory services for cloud architectures, solutions, and migration initiatives.
Skilled in performing assessments, generating detailed reports, and crafting comprehensive migration plans.
Capable of designing secure and scalable cloud infrastructures, including the creation of Cloud Landing Zones.
Proficient in producing precise documentation, including detailed reports, strategic plans, and runbooks.
Well-versed in cloud networking and security principles and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adept at collaborating with local and remote teams across different time zones.
Extensive expertise in Azure cloud services, architecture, and infrastructure design.
Advanced proficiency with cloud management tools and platforms, including automation and orchestration technologies.
Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and guiding teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and influence organizational change.
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance principles.
