We’re looking for a highly motivated Logistics Associate for a prestigious client based in Makati to oversee the day-to-day courier services and ensure that the processing of client requests are done in accordance to company policies and service level agreements.

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Ensures accurate booking of courier documents and parcels bound to international/local destinations
  • Ensures pick-up of local/international courier documents and parcels from identified pick-up locations by clients during the requested time window
  • Ensures turn-around time (TAT) for pick-up in remote locations
  • Ensures turn-around time (TAT) for delivery of documents
  • Facilitates special/bulk pick-up/shipment requests with complete pick-up/destination details and proper costing
  • Records and consolidates transmittals of incoming and outgoing shipments from clients
  • Provides weekly tracking and status report to clients
  • Validates supplier transmittal invoices & generates cash/check request for payment
  • Prepares costing reports for clients
  • Attends to client inquiries and any concerns within 24 hours upon receipt of the email
  • Reports any damaged/lost mail within 24 hours and provides incident report within 48 hours
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will possess the following attributes and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably a degree in supply chain management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and the management to avoid errors in providing information
  • Computer-savvy: Have good experience with using MS Office
  • Multitasking: Can take on various tasks at the same time
  • Detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Independence: Ability to plan and manage work with minor supervision
  • Cooperative
  • Ability to work under pressure: Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
