Logistic Coordinator

- Act as a central liaison of Emma Sleep Logistics team for the daily operations in monitoring Australia and New Zealand business.
A. Order Fulfilment Tracking
- Monitor and manage B2C order fulfilment statuses including shipping, returns and cancellations.
- Review, identify system error transmissions, communicate issues to Emma Sleep Logistics Team and follow up through.
- Work with 3PL warehouses to assist and resolve problems related to warehousing & shipping errors and delivery issues.
- Provides historical inventory information and reports as requested to assist Emma Sleep Logistics Team in referencing past finished goods movement and transactions.
- Monitors the accuracy of the finished goods inventory information through insuring that cycle counting activity and reconciliation is done on a regular basis; resolves any issues that are identified through this activity.
- Ensures month end reconciliations will meet internal and external audit requirements.
- Track inbound shipments with container level details.
- Liaison with 3 PL Logistics, Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker for communication of inbound shipment loading, clearance and arrival.
- Oversee and ensure that incoming goods are processed accurately and confirm that goods received match with the packing slips.
- Generates KPI reports and present the results to Emma Logistics Team during the weekly operational meeting.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least College Level or College graduate of any related courses Logistic/ Transport, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-year experience in warehouse/supply chain management or related scope service preferably from BPO industry.
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft office especially Excel
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Team player
- Highly trainable
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
