Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Accountancy
• Has Logistics or Distribution related work experiences
• Computer literate, MS offices (Word, Excel savvy)
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Time-management skills and able to do Multi-tasking
• Can join asap

Roles and Responsibilties:
1. In charge of Transport cost related tasks/activities, such as,
- Processing of Transport Billings
- Billing Report consolidation
- Validation of billings and unbilled SOA
- Shipment cost operations, Rate Matrix for shipment cost, Validation of Auxiliary rates and Uploading of Rates
- Master Data Update
- KPI Lift from other Dashboards
- Coloaded Shipments Validation
- Data Downloads
- Aux Approval (Daily approval)
- POD Operations
- Cleared POD and consolidation of Cleared POD
Status updates
2. In charge of Warehouse cost related tasks/activities such as,
- PO creation and GR processing of Key Items
- PRF creation for key items
- Creation of DSDA Document
- Consolidation and Update of Warehouse Damages
- Tracking of Logistics Costs for Cross Charging
3. In charge of Inventory
- Create / Hanging SIT Report
- Consolidate Production Plans
- Analyze SPO for GR processing
- Creation SPO/PO
