Logistics Operations and Performance Analyst

- Project Execution: Oversee and manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Operational Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, project progress, and operational metrics.
- Coordination: Work closely with various departments and external partners to streamline logistics processes and resolve issues.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during logistics processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics Management or a similar field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Experience in project management and performance analysis.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
