A. Handles the account of Sales Engineer.
B. Email Processing (Outgoing)
· Proper filing of Outgoing Emails.
· Record the Project Number and forward the inquiry to the supplier(s).
C. Requirements, Inquiries and Projects
· Respond to client inquiries and if necessary, follow up with the suppliers.
· Provide immediate action/response on projects and orders that needs urgent feedback.
D. Computation and Quotation
· Coordinate offers from principal to the sales person in-charge.
· Make correct computation of prices.
· Prepare a draft quotation for the sales person in-charge and the VP-Operations to review and approve.
· Send the final quotation to the client.
· Follow up and monitor the status of the quotation in coordination with the sales group.
E. Purchase Orders
· Initially, check if there are any discrepancy and/or changes to the Purchase Order (P.O).
· Coordinate Purchase Order (P.O) with the sales engineer in-charge.
· Process and complete Purchase Order
F. Client Database
· Maintain accurate and complete customer account information thru database.
G. Proper Filing of Documents
· Organize, maintain, and secure important sales files by proper filing and sorting of documents.
· Maintain the confidentiality of the Company's account information.
H. Marketing and Promotional Activities
· Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
· Prepares business presentations and reports to customers.
· Conduct market research to identify target customers and market trends.
· Coordinate with the Sales Team in determining new business opportunities with potential customers.
· Responsible for managing exhibitions in coordination with HR and Admin (AFEX, Water Philippines, PROPAK Philippines, etc.).
· Keep corporate website up-to-date by adding new content, images and features in coordination with HR and Admin.
· Create and manage social media accounts for marketing and advertising purposes in coordination with HR and Admin. (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
I. Perform other related duties that may be directly assigned to you by the President and may not be expressly written above that are in accordance to the objectives of Prime Opus Inc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
