Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Person with a focus on User Acquisition to join our team in Makati. You will play a key role in driving user growth and engagement across our platforms. A solid background in Web2 marketing is essential, and experience in Web3 marketing is a plus. We value analytics and data-driven approaches, so the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively is crucial.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire users and increase engagement.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads and others.
• Analyze user data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Experiment with and implement new growth strategies, leveraging both Web2 and Web3 tactics where applicable.
• Report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in user acquisition.
• Proficiency in Web2 marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads).
• Experience in Web3 marketing and blockchain technology is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and A/B testing methods.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on results.
