Job Responsibilities:
- High-level strategic management role: Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors: Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
- Monitor campaign performance: Collect data and generate reports to assess effectiveness.
- Manage creation, editing, and distribution: Oversee marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency: Adhere to company guidelines across all content.
- Support the development: Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
- Help manage: Company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers.
- Track social media trends: Propose new content and engagement strategies.
- Conduct market research: Identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
- Translate research findings: Convert into actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities: Promote products or services based on market trends.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Conduct audience research: Understand the demographics, preferences, and behavior of the target audience to tailor content and strategies effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience: In marketing, communications, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong organizational and project management skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools: Experienced with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools, ensuring effective campaign execution and data analysis.
- Experience in cosmetic marketing highly preferred: Familiarity with the cosmetic industry and its marketing strategies is a significant advantage, showcasing an understanding of industry-specific trends and consumer behavior.
- Must have portfolios: Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio of past work, showcasing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
