Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who is adept at executing strategic marketing initiatives and has a proven track record in building successful teams. This role is pivotal in promoting Adaca's unique value proposition to both prospective clients and talent, thereby fuelling our growth flywheel. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a proficient communicator, and have the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment. The primary objective of the role is to build a funnel of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Adaca's services to Australian mid-tier companies and attract top-tier talent from the Philippines.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that highlights Adaca’s unique employee-centric culture and value proposition.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with the Australian sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive client acquisition.
Measure and analyse marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise ROI.
Gradually build and manage a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities convey Adaca's core values and mission.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proven analytical skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
Experience in the software development or IT services industry is a plus.
