The primary objective of the role is to build a funnel of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Adaca's services to Australian mid-tier companies and attract top-tier talent from the Philippines.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that highlights Adaca’s unique employee-centric culture and value proposition.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the Australian sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive client acquisition.
- Measure and analyse marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise ROI.
- Gradually build and manage a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing activities convey Adaca's core values and mission.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven analytical skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience in the software development or IT services industry is a plus.
