Job Summary:
As a Marketing Officer you will play a crucial role in driving our brand’s presence and appeal in local communities. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales at individual restaurant locations. You will act as a vital liaison between the marketing department and individual branches, working closely with store managers and the corporate marketing team to tailor promotions and events that resonate with the local demographic. Your creative and strategic efforts will be instrumental in making Bizu, a preferred dining destination in every community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Liaison:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and individual restaurant branches to ensure that each location's marketing needs are met and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between branches and the marketing department, ensuring that marketing services are effectively tailored and deployed to support each location’s specific goals.
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement targeted local marketing strategies for individual restaurant locations, considering local demographics and competition.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to promote the restaurant chain and organize joint marketing initiatives.
• Promotional Campaigns:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored to local markets, including special events, sponsorships, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure local promotions align with overall brand messaging and standards.
• Sales Analysis:
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives in driving sales and customer engagement, using data to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with store managers to ensure the seamless execution of marketing strategies and to gather insights on local customer preferences and feedback.
• Coordinate with the operations team to align promotional activities
• Brand Ambassador:
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all local marketing activities convey the restaurant chain’s values and message effectively.
• Ensure consistent branding across all local marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven 2-3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry, with a focus on local or community marketing.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build relationships in the community.
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that appeal to a diverse customer base.
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
