Master Scheduler
Designs complex production schedules to match the manufacturing needs and needs of the customer. Forecasts material, production time, and labor requirements to meet customer requirements. Responsible for ensuring efficiencies in production processes. Works with multiple complex projects of diverse scope.
About the job:

Develops multi-faceted production schedules for manufacturing. Creates overall production master schedule according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times. (45%)
Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity to determine processes, tools, materials and labor requirements. Recommends changes to ensure production goals are met or can be improved. (40%)
Prepares reports for leadership demonstrating where production targets are being met and where opportunities exist. (10%)
Sits on cross-functional teams to understand production needs. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.

About you:

Graduate of any 4 year course
Five to seven years of same experience
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
