Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating and optimizing our agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, and empowering the team to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are productive, focused, and time-bound.
Coach the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to address issues and dependencies.
Shield the team from external distractions and disruptions, enabling them to remain focused on their sprint goals and commitments.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, promoting open communication, trust, and accountability within the team.
Track and monitor sprint progress, facilitating discussions around progress, and ensuring that the team meets its sprint goals and commitments.
Continuously assess and improve the team's agile processes and practices, adapting them to suit the evolving needs of the project and organization.
Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in self-organization and decision-making while promoting a culture of empowerment and ownership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
