1. Assist the Medical director in communicating with the medical, nursing and ancillary staff regarding various hospital concerns.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
3. Prepare and distribute memoranda for Medical Director and Clinical Department Heads.
4. Conduct research , assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
5. File and retrieve document and reference materials.
6. Manage and maintain appointments of Medical Director and Department Heads.
7. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events of the Medical Director and various departments/ committees.
8. Record, transcribe and distributes minutes of meetings.
9. Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
10. Disseminate information.
11. Answer and manage incoming calls.
12. Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
13. Receive and process and file incident reports related to medical and nursing staff.
14. Receive and process applications of all new active and visiting medical staff.
15. Receive applications and schedule interviews of medical house staff (resident moonlighters and junior consultants0.
16. Maintain and update the 201 files of all medical staff.
17. Prepare, maintain and manage timekeeping records of the medical house staff.
18. Audit incentive reports submitted by the medical house staff.
