Medical VA Scheduler/Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish/English) must have Healthcare Background

Platinum Care Management is a privately owned, rapidly growing telehealth company. We are searching for a qualified, professional, and dependable Bilingual VA Medical Scheduler/Receptionist to help manage our patients for scheduling appointments, basic in-take and other patient service needed. Candidate must be bilingual- Spanish/English
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from patients, and our referral sources with friendliness and warmth
  • Make outbound calls to patients for scheduling appointments
  • Actively seek to optimize the patients' and guests' experience
  • Input information into the electronic medical record
  • Monitor when translation is needed or not needed.
  • Successful candidate should be very professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work; be warm, kind and friendly yet efficient and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual Required: Spanish/English
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Positive and energetic personality/ excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in written communications
  • Flexibility in a rapidly growing and changing work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including some familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Work From Home
Pay: $3-$6/hr
Working Hours: (40hrs a week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php172.00 - Php345.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
Work Location: Remote
