Job Description
MIS Executive L2
Cebu City
1. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.
2. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.
3. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports and send it to customer on a daily basis
4. Downloading data from client portal & sharing in a specific requested format
5. Work as per the client requirement & adapt the changes based on instructions
6. Maintaining TAT of sharing Reports to the Client at all times.
7. Prepare Adhoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.
8. Identify the opportunities of automating on the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques .
9. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations
10. Evaluate current processes and procedures and identify issues along with the solution
11 Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and Power Point
12. RCM knowledge is not mandatory.
  • Education Qualification - Under Graduates are also eligible to apply along with Graduates
  • Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills with good problem solving approach.
  • Expert knowledge of service procedures
  • Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
  • WFM Tool Competency (IEX, e WFM , Blue Pumpkin, Calabrio, etc..)
  • Foreacasting and Capacity planning Experience is advantageous.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
