MIS Officer - Full time (ALABANG BASED)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Manage and maintain ERP/POS/E-commerce Systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating with employees.
- Manage private intranet and public internet sites
- Offers coaching, leadership, and training to manage team performance
- Teaches and trains the whole team on the use of ERP/POS/MIS/E-commerce systems
- Assess information systems results by auditing their application and results
- Participate in planning, designing, and implementing new technology & IT solutions to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Maintains safe and healthy working environment by ensuring that all employees complies with organizational policies
- Create reports on ERP/POS/MIS systems
Optional:
- Create programs, BAMs, and BPMs as well as add-on applications to perform small features on ERP/POS/MIS systems
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and office IT/MIS/technology skills
- Advanced background with retail POS/ERP/MIS systems
- Proficient in IT systems terminology
- Knowledgeable in basic IT Hardware setup and troubleshooting
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any IT, Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- At least five (4-5) years experience in managing ERP, POS, and E-commerce systems.
- CCA, Cisco, or any Industry certifications is a plus.
