Network Operations Senior Analyst - Dark Fiber

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Network Operations Senior Analyst.
About the Role: As a Network Operations Senior Analyst, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities: 

Responsible for technical analysis of fiber optic network delivery Vendor TOPs.
Performing GFIRE analysis where applicable and/or escalating to senior resources as needed.
Ensures dark fibre acceptance standards are met by vendors as expected, for handover into the transport team.
Requesting fibre plant remediation with vendors where test results do not meet agreed specifications and assisting both vendors and field engineers with troubleshooting remediation issues as/when needed.
Tracks remediation progress until completion and communicates with internal requester/customer for updates.
Continuous coordination with vendors and field engineers until fibre is delivered to the required standards.
Acceptance of all Dark fibre TOPs to the required specification.
Internal documentation finalization and inventory loading upon fibre acceptance.
Uploading TFA Handover documents and cross check with vendors documents.
Documenting final route details in inventory tools as needed.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Telecommunications / Network Provisioning
Must have an experience in Dark Fibre or Fiber Optic
Experience in Telecommunications or Communications Services company is an advantage
Basic Knowledge of cabling infrastructure, fiber cabling, connector types, optical distribution frames, splice trays, patch panels, various vendor’s naming conventions
Basic knowledge on Telephony and how data/internet works
Proficient in analyzing design paths, KMZ routes, and network diagrams specific to fiber optic configurations, executing critical testing methods—including Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) assessments and power meter evaluations—to ensure the integrity and performance of the network.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of outside plant (OSP) construction practices and fiber optic technologies, with expertise in utilizing testing equipment and exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address and resolve network issues effectively.
