· With at least four (4) years college graduate.
· Preferably with one 1 to 2 year of relevant experience on the similar industry or operations.
· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the cargo handling or a related industry.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling challenges with minimal supervision.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently when required.
· Familiarity with maritime industry regulations and documentation is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
