Midan Corporation is a trading and mineral development based in the Philippines, specializing in the importation, wholesale distribution, and trading of food and beverages, car care products, and accessories from South Korea. It is the official distributor of Ebiche, Bullsone, OKF, and Winycam in the Philippines.
Responsibilities

• Encode and maintain an accurate record of sales, deliveries, inventory, expenses, collection, and other transactions
• Assist with daily operation including preparing online orders, delivery receipts, collection receipts, and other documents
• Check, inspect, and verify daily cash transactions
• Assist with remittances and submission of paperwork and payments
• Assist with monitoring and updating status of purchase orders and collection balance
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Preparation of receivables and advances
• Other duties as may be assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• 1+ years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, analytical, result-oriented and independent player
• Familiar with basic accounting and bookkeeping
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural startup environment
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
• Must be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Must be willing to work full-time in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
• Proficient in handling/processing/analyzing financial data and has demonstrated a keen attention to details
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-driven individual and team player
