Job Description:

• Provides assistance concerning submission of Verified Survey Return to comply with the bureau of lands’ requirements.
• Requests, secures and monitors land records, such as technical descriptions, survey plans, cadastral maps and other land related maps and certifications to support the initial reference plotting and investigation of the technical team.
• Documents and organize all the survey files of all projects to maintain the quality and accuracy of all archived technical maps and plans.
• Preparation and liquidation of expenses such as petty cash or revolving fund to be used for specific survey related expenses.

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate of at least two (2) years in any business course or secretariat
• With not less than one (1) year experience in the same field. Real Estate experience is an advantage
• Keen eye for detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
