Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rental monitoring
- Social media marketing for vacant units
- Assisting unit viewing for all properties in metro manila area
- Assisting of move-in / move-out of tenants
- Assisting tenant concerns & customer service
- Reply to emails, answering of text and calls
- Prepare contract and statement of account
- Organizing files
- Monitoring and filing of tenant payments
- Prepare monthly water bill
- Issuance of renewal notice to rentals
- Job posting, Screening and interviewing of applicants and preparing job offers
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Assisting in other task given by supervisor
Other Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Quick to understand / Able to work with minimal supervision
- MUST BE computer literate
- MUST BE knowledgeable in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point
- Preferably living in pasig or taguig.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Office Staff/Clerk: 3 years (Preferred)
