The Intermediate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination with the UK, Europe & MEA Talent Acquisition team. These activities are, but not limited to, job posting, initial resume screening, interview scheduling and onboarding. The role is vital in supporting various recruitment activities that promotes overall business hiring strategy.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Serve as the first point of contact as well as the as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner Recruiters in posting jobs, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, campus events management and candidate expense reimbursement
• Partner with UK, Europe & MEA Recruiters and/or Recruiting Managers to successfully manage recruitment activities
• Manage candidate workflow using the Citi applicant tracking system for graduates (Workday)
• Provide Recruiters with pipeline reports and other ad hoc reports as needed
• Attend to candidate inquiries through the Campus Query mailbox
• Assist the Onboarding team in chasing candidates while completing their onboarding and background check requirements
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Human Resources policies and practices preferred
• Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
