I. Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to join our team! We connect workers with businesses across various industries in the Philippines. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our client companies receive efficient and productive manpower solutions.
II. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and production processes to identify areas for improved manpower allocation and utilization.
• Work with clients to develop and implement efficient deployment plans for industrial workers.
• Monitor worker performance and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at client sites.
• Identify and address any worker-related issues or concerns that may arise at client locations.
• Compile data and generate reports on manpower deployment, productivity metrics, and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in industrial engineering and manpower management practices in the Philippines.

III. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Open For Fresh Graduate
• Experience working with manpower agencies or recruitment firms is a plus.
• Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Communication Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
