Operations Admin Assistant

- Report to CO Operations Manager
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Data gathering, reports presentation
- Assist in the preparation and execution of operational procedures and policies
- Maintain and organize operational records and documentation for both CO and FO.
- Monitor and Assist operations team’s DOR/DSR submission including, deposit slip monitoring of each store and budget request, reimbursement and liquidation to be done weekly
- Communicate effectively with team members and internal customers (interdepartmental)
- Assist in data entry and management of database
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned like as Project Manager to Store Opening.
- Office supplies management
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards
- Office-based position with occasional remote work options
- Fast-faced environment requiring adaptability and proactive problem-solving
- Preferably residing in Antipolo or other nearby areas
Schedule:
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Operations Admin Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
