We are looking for an Operations Admin Assistant who is highly organized and can take initiative to improve business processes.

College graduate, preferably with a degree in business or social sciences and/or at least 1 year experience in a related field.
Able to effectively monitor different departments across the company and propose organizational improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

The Operations Admin Assistant works hand in hand with the Manager towards improving efficiency, increasing profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain protocols and systems to improve productivity across departments.
Propose improvements for customer experience in both physical and digital stores.
Monitor the Production Team to ensure efficiency and identify key areas for growth.
Ensure updated inventories for various materials and goods.
Plan and execute projects related to the company’s operations.
Monitor operational expenses and analyze operational data.
