The Operations Manager will lead the daily operations, ensuring business targets are met. This role involves designing, executing, and managing departmental initiatives, reporting to OGGP, and occasionally to the CEO for special requirements. The Operations Manager oversees multiple departments, making strategic decisions to achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include managing IT operations, customer service, service delivery, and budget analysis. Additionally, the role involves evaluating business performance, developing policies, and creating strategies to ensure world-class operations.

- Must be able to set financial monitoring of cost, design a budget and save fixed cost
- Able to well explain needed resources to ensure business case approval (BCD) to deliver expected return of investment (ROI).
- Able to get good service feedback from Client surveys.
- Able to set BOH yearly strategic on time which is aligned to OGGP Strategy
- Able to deliver and achieve monthly department KRA/KPI together with the team.
- Able to monitor Daily BOH below team members whether the strategic target is met or not.
- Able to review and discuss BOH team's weekly performance and find areas to improve and delegate the task properly
- Able to monitor and deliver task under BOH
- Able to take the tasks from OGGP to support on time and successful delivery of OGGP's Strategy.
- Able to follow Corporate Risk Management Plan and manage the risk well (including BCP Plan)
- Able to create training programs and knowledge management.
- Able to follow Corporate Vendor Management and manage it correctly.
- Able to follow & comply with Corporate Business Support processes and cooperate with Business support team (example manpower request, budget requests)
- Able to understand business operations team' tasks and their technical job description
- Able to make decision for BOH team members and report and escalate to OGGP
- Able to follow the PMO process and train BOH team using PMO Manual processes.
- Able to follow PO process and train BOH team using PO Manual processes.
- Make sure that performance evaluation feedback is conducted whether high or low to all BOH team members.
- A Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 or more years' experience or previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role, IT Operations, Service Delivery and ITIL Processes
- Excellent in planning, designing, implementing and supporting/managing Business Operations & ITSM processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information about business terminology and strategy.
- Experience in data analytic, databases, monitoring tools and project management software and methodology
- Possesses strong attention to detail, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills background
