Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented individual for the position of Operations Manager. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring that all operational concerns—such as developing, implementing, and managing operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to fulfillment operations, customer experience, and quality control—are effectively addressed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and the ability to work independently to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and end-to-end engagements with external partners/vendors.
- Oversee daily operations related to customer service and logistics, ensuring that processes are both efficient and effective.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and improve service quality.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to logistics, fulfillment operations, and quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in improving operational efficiency.
- Experience working in e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong background in using Zendesk for customer service management and experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
