Operations Manager - Customer Care

Responsibilities:

Manages small to medium operation with single to multiple units. Directs nonexempt staff or a small group of entry-level exempt staff. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects. Manages ongoing processing efforts and is accountable to manager for unit budget.
Help oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
Helps manage day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management. Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
Assists in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.

Qualifications:

2+ years of operations experience 1+ year of leadership experience in an operations environment
