JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor – Operations is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, managing the warehouse expenses, planning for warehouse improvements, planning the fleet resources, managing the warehouse inventory, and providing customer service. He/She coordinates with the Principal in preparing Productivity Output Report and Monthly Billing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Graduate of any 4-year course; Preferably Business Management/Administration, Engineering, and Accountancy Courses.
• At least one (1) year experience related to Supply Chain Management, Traffic Management, and Logistics.
• At least one (1) year experience in management position.
• Knowledge in Advance Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Supply-Chain Management.
• With SAP, Oracle or any WMS Background.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Computer Literate specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• EXCEED and WMS Operations
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Process Control and Quality Control Tools
